About the founder

Rakesh Shirke (Raka) has over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry. He brings a deep understanding of brand communication, creative storytelling and production excellence.

Prior to founding Raka Entertainment, he worked as a Consultant with Leo Burnett Advertising, where he collaborated with leading brands and creative teams, gaining exposure to world-class advertising standards and integrated campaign execution.

With a strong foundation built on experience, creativity, and trust, Rakesh continues to lead Raka Entertainment as a reliable production partner for brands and agencies alike.
